Returns and Cancellation Policy

A note from the Directors:

As you are aware that we produce and ship pure handwoven products and they are normally having the “Handloom Flaws”; hence the policy will exclude the handloom flaws as such and we sincerely request the patrons to consider the handloom flaws as normal ones. Additionally pure silks are delicate and needs careful handling. 

We try to take pictures to the extent of the original colour and contour of the product; however due to the limitations of uniform colour encoders and uniform display settings, there may be difference between what you see and what you get. It is normally with in a range of 0% to 5% and your understanding to this fact is appreciated.

Cancellations Policy

You may cancel your order before its is shipped; how ever the cancellation scope will follow the below norms:

  • Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for cancellations. Orders for fabrics and apparel/ garments cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders with Fall, Pico, Tussels and blouse stitched; can not be cancelled.

  • Incase of cancellation; any charges like transfer charges, gateway charges and others will be deducted from the base value.

  • If cancelled; you will get the amount as credit note and you may redeem the same within six months from the date of issuance of the credit note. You may redeem manually, or by store visit purchases or purchase from the website.

 

Returns Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.

  • Apparel/ garments and fabrics cannot be returned.

  • Your return request should be sent by email to hellosujatam@gmail.com or via whatsapp at +919007361000 within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and our team will validate the receipt date from the POD of the shipping agency. Requests send after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns any any case.

  • If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at +919073761000.

  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step before.  
    Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Indyloom India at the below mentioned address within 5 days.

  • The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.

  • We aim to process all returns within 7 working days but may take longer during festive seasons, Holidays.

  • You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your payment method  used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. 

  • Indyloom India will initiate the process for refund on your account / card within 7 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities.

Exchanges Policy

You may exchange your order only if the following norms are observed:

  • no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request or confirmation.

  • You will be responsible for any applicable Shipping, customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange  to and fro irrespective of shipping charges paid or not while shipping to.

  • All our apparel is made on order and cannot be exchanged. Fabrics are cut from the full yardage and cannot be exchanged,

  • Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.  

  • No pre-ordered items may be cancelled, retuned or excnged.

 

Above all policies, the final decision of the management of Sujatam Premium Weaves will be binding on all the orders and once decided they may not be changed.
