1. DOMESTING SHIPPING

- Pre-Paid Shipping :

Once you select and pay for the product through the website then you are eligible for domestic free shipping. In general the shipping is done within 3 working days from the final order placement and it takes between 3-5 working days. Please note that any additional services will require additional time to render the additional job. You will be notified on the additional time required at your WhatsApp number once the order is processed.

Once shipped; You will be provided with the shipment tracking number for tracking details. Any delay in the transit is subject to the courier agency and Indyloom will not be responsible.

For any natural calamity or act of god or riot or manmade disaster like war, terrorism etc; shipment may be delayed in regards to the same. Indyloom will try to ship at the earliest however a judicious process will be followed in such cases so that the product ordered may be safe kept and can be delivered at a conducive timeline.

- COD services within India :

Sujatam offers Cash on Delivery Services all over India and supports more than 20,000 PIN codes. However this service may be availed only if your PIN code is supported by the shipping agency and you need to check out as manual payment at our website. once checked out our support executive will contact you for further processing of your COD order.

1. IINTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Pre-Paid International:

All international shipping are done on pre paid basis. We ship via DHL/Fedex based on the availability of services at the destination. All international shipments are shipped (mostly after fall, Pico and beading done as per the client instruction) in 7 days from the order placements and delivery in 10/15 days from the shipment sending. All delivery is subject to the destination law of the land and excise/custom/levy etc will be borne by the end user.
